About Citadel Warehouse Services

Citadel Warehouse Services is a 26 acre warehouse development with 3rd party logistics capabilities. With 18 warehouses, several acres of open lot storage, and over 400,000 SF under roof, Citadel Warehouse Services provides affordable warehousing and production space for commercial and personal lessees. The facility has a wide range of offerings with smaller spaces of 1,000-5,000 SF, mid level spaces of 5,000-10,000 SF, and larger spaces of up to 25,000 SF for lease. Spaces are primarily utilized for bulk storage, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment; but, can also be utilized for limited production as well.


01. Warehouse/Commercial
Space for Lease

  • Citadel Warehouse Services primary offering is warehouse and commercial space for lease. Spaces range in size from 1,000 SF to 25,000 SF and can be fit up to accommodate any tenant’s specific needs. All warehouses feature a dry sprinkler system, LED lighting, and dock high access.
  • Warehouse leases can be supplemented with 3PL services provided by our staff; or, tenants can operate business on site with their own employees.
  • For clients who wish to lease larger spaces (10,000 SF+), there is an opportunity to fit up the space to accommodate their needs.


02. Open Lot

  • Citadel Warehouse Services offers open lot storage for contractors, manufacturers, and industries. We can accommodate lay down yards of 2,500 SF up to 40,000 SF to accommodate prospective tenants requirements. The lay down yards can be fenced off and secured if desired.

03. Vehicle, Boat, Car, RV, Equipment, Trailer Parking

  • Citadel Warehouse Services offers long term surface parking for cars, boats, RVs, trailers, and equipment of various sizes. Each lease will have a reserved space for the term of the lease.

  • Citadel Warehouse Services offers build to suit opportunities for commercial warehouses and production facilities of 20,000 SF up to 50,0000 SF. These warehouses can be built to accommodate any prospective clients needs and will be substantially more affordable than other build to suit opportunities in the market since all infrastructure is in place.

05. 3PL Services

Citadel Warehouse Services has a staff of trained warehouse employees that are available to provide 3PL services such as receiving shipments, inventory management, packaging, and fulfillment. We have capable forklift operators and warehouse associates that can provide a custom package of services tailored to each customer’s specific needs. Forklifts are also available to rent by lessees.

Security & Amenities

Each warehouse is equipped with a dry sprinkler system and LED lights, with ground level and dock high access for semi tractor trailers and box trucks. Some warehouses have the capability of being fit up to accommodate a prospective tenant’s needs with gas heat, office space, demising walls, etc. The property is fenced in and secure and features easy access for large box trucks and semi’s throughout. A 24/7 camera system throughout the property provides additional security as well.

Our Location

Citadel Warehouse services is located just west of downtown Lexington off of Main Street at 251 Price Road. The facility is easily accessible from I-64 and I-75 and is convenient to downtown Lexington, UK, Midway, Versailles, and Georgetown.
